Very attractive and sturdy (which is necessary in this household!) But the best part was the customer service. I mistakenly threw out the mounting bracket with the box (oops!) But I contacted their customer service dept. via e-mail and they had a new one to me in a week. I really appreciated that.

I purchased the polished chrome. It's beautiful and it was an excellent price. Mounted easily. It is not quite as heavy/sturdy feeling as I expected, but I'll see how it holds up over time (it's been up for about a month now, no problems!)
